Fabric & Care
Yes. Clomii socks are machine washable. We recommend washing them on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent to help maintain their shape, softness, and compression.
Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and skip high heat. For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low.
Stepsox compression socks are made from a carefully balanced blend of 45% nylon, 35% polyester, 10% Bamboo fiber and 10% spandex.
This combination helps create a sock that’s smooth, breathable, stretchy, and supportive, while maintaining its shape and compression over time.
The materials are selected to feel soft against the skin while still being durable enough for everyday wear.
Sizing
In most cases, yes. Clomii socks are made with stretch and comfort in mind, so they accommodate many calf sizes without cutting in. Choosing the correct size based on our sizing guide will help ensure the most comfortable fit.

They should stay in place without digging in, cutting off circulation, or leaving deep marks. If your socks feel uncomfortable or hard to tolerate, it usually means the size or compression level isn’t the right match.

- Due to a big order volume some customers might experience a delay of 2-3 days on their delivery. In case your order is affected you will be notified via email.

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
- In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
- Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.
Refund And Returns Policy
We understand that it can be difficult to get that perfect piece of gear the first time around. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. We do not grant refunds or exchanges for discontinued, clearance, or closeout items except due to our error or an undisclosed defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@clomii.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
