Dog Hair Clip Guide
To maintain the shine of the crystals and overall quality, gently clean the clip with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after use. Avoid contact with water, pet shampoos, or any harsh chemicals, as these may damage the materials or reduce sparkle. When not in use, store the clip in a dry, clean place to prevent moisture and scratches.
Choosing the right size depends mainly on your dog’s size and hair thickness:
- 2.3 cm clip: Best for puppies or very small dogs with fine hair, especially for securing hair between the eyes.
- 2.8 cm clip: Suitable for small dogs, ideal for styling small sections on the forehead or above the eyes.
- 3.2 cm clip: Recommended for dogs with thicker or fuller hair, providing a more secure hold for larger sections.
If your dog has very thick or long hair, we suggest sizing up for better grip and stability.
Yes, the clip is designed to provide a secure and comfortable hold without pulling your dog’s hair. It works best on medium to long hair, where it can grip more effectively.
For very fine or silky hair, we recommend gently teasing the hair or using a small elastic band first for extra hold. Choosing the correct clip size also helps ensure better stability and prevents slipping during daily activities.
This hair clip is suitable for most small to medium-sized dog breeds, especially those with medium to long hair such as Yorkshire Terriers, Shih Tzus, and Poodles.
For short-haired breeds, the clip may not hold as effectively due to limited grip. For very large dogs or dogs with extremely thick coats, we recommend choosing the larger size for better stability.

- Due to a big order volume some customers might experience a delay of 2-3 days on their delivery. In case your order is affected you will be notified via email.

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
- In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
- Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.
Refund And Returns Policy
We understand that it can be difficult to get that perfect piece of gear the first time around. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. We do not grant refunds or exchanges for discontinued, clearance, or closeout items except due to our error or an undisclosed defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@clomii.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
